FETTUNTA coi FAGIOLI o POMODORO

Grilled garlic bread topped with a choice of white beans or chopped plum tomatoes with fresh basil.

INSALATA CAPRESE

Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella and plum tomatoes with fresh basil and Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil.

PEPERONI ROSSI SOTT'OLIO

Marinated roasted sweet red peppers.

CALAMARI FRITTI

Fresh small squid lightly floured and deep fried in olive oil.

FUNGHI FRESCHI MISTI

An assortment of fresh wild mushrooms sauteed in olive oil and garlic.

Pasta quills sauteed with Tuscan meat sauce and parmigiano.

Homemade egg pasta with fresh mushrooms, white truffles and peas in a light cream sauce.

Risotto of the day.

Skewer of marinated colossal shrimp, tri-colored peppers and red onions, grilled over oak coals.

COSTOLETTE D’AGNELLO A SCOTTADITO

Grilled baby lamb chops marinated in lemon and rosemary.

ARISTA, TACCHINO E VITELLA ARROSTO AGLI AROMI

Traditionally Florentine boned loin of pork, breast of turkey and rolled, stuffed veal roasted in red wine and mixed herbs.

FILETTO ALLA ZINGARA

Tenderloin of beef roasted with roasted red peppers, fresh mushrooms, plum tomatoes, and white truffles served with truffled polenta.

FILETTO DI SALMONE SULLA BRACE

Grilled fillet of fresh salmon lightly dusted with olive oil, rosemary, and Italian bread crumbs.

Minimum charge: There is no minimum charge.

 

Service fee: The Private Wine Room and Tuscan Palm Room service fee is $150.00.

 

Menus Selections for the first and second courses must be returned by the host Four days prior to the date of the event.  Selections for the entree course may be changed without notice based on availability.
